Who can do what
- ECONOMISTS are welcomed to share their opinions / findings on wether or not these 'closed (rectius: closable) circuits' in the commercial credits-debts chain actually exist, and to which extent.
If they do exist, it would be particularly important to identify specific regions and sectors where these closed circuits (or circular credits-debts) are likely to be more significative.
- COMMERCE & INDUSTRY REPRESENTATIVES are welcomed to share opinions and build networks in order to raise awareness on the significance / potential of the issue.
- POLICY MAKERS are welcomed to launch group studies on the issue, towards either exclusion of relevance or immediate implementation of the proposed platform.
- ACCOUNTANTS are welcomed to propose unified accounting tools in order to grant uniformity to data to be cross-checked.
- LAWYERS are welcomed to propose contractual tools to implement the various phases which would be needed for clearing purposes, while preventing abuses.
- SOFTWARE EXPERTS are welcomed to propose alternative software methods in order to implement the huge data processing which would arise from an actual implementation of the proposed Centralized Platform.
- ANY PERSON willing to give a positive contribution of ideas and (even dissenting) opinions is also very welcomed.
