The project is aimed at

RE-BOOSTING INTERNAL MARKETS

by detecting 'closed circuits' regarding cross clearable commercial debts bewteen companies, and clear them, benefiting whole 'market chain' and further 'chain reactions' functioning.

The idea is to turn bad 'domino' effects into good ones, through the creation of ideally one centralized electronic platform (or, eventually, more regional or even sectoral platforms) in order to be able to process the credit-debt chain data and obtain the clearing effect in real time.
